Introducing My Messages - A Seamless Transition from EventSMS to Our New Booking Platform

Switching from one system to another can feel overwhelming, especially when it involves managing your bookings and communications. We understand how important it is to keep everything simple and accessible. That’s why we have retired the EventSMS system and introduced My Messages within our new booking platform. This change brings a more centralised, user-friendly experience that works smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices.

Why We Retired EventSMS


EventSMS served us well for many years, but as technology and user needs evolved, it became clear that a more integrated solution was necessary. EventSMS operated as a separate system, which sometimes made it difficult to keep track of messages alongside your bookings.


Here are some challenges we faced with EventSMS:


  • Fragmented experience: Users had to switch between platforms to manage bookings and messages.

  • Limited accessibility: EventSMS was not fully optimised for mobile devices.

  • Lack of centralisation: Important booking details and communications were scattered.


By retiring EventSMS, we aimed to create a single, centralised platform where you can manage everything in one place.



What is My Messages?


My Messages is a new feature embedded directly into your My Dashboard on our booking platform. It replaces EventSMS and offers a streamlined way to view all your tour-related messages sent in the lead up and during the tour.

  • Accessible on any device: Whether you’re on a desktop or mobile, My Messages adapts to your screen for easy use.

  • Simple interface: The design focuses on clarity and ease of navigation, so you can find what you need quickly.

  • Real-time updates: Receive instant notifications and updates about your bookings.

How to Access My Messages


Accessing My Messages is straightforward. When you log into your account, you will find the My Messages section right within your My Dashboard. This means no more toggling between different apps or platforms.


Steps to Access


  1. Log into your booking platform account.

  2. Navigate to My Dashboard.

  3. Click on the My Messages tab.

  4. Browse your messages.


This setup ensures that your messages and bookings are always connected, saving you time and reducing confusion.
