2021 Barkbusters BLITZ #1

Entries are open for BLITZ#1 in the 2021 Barkbusters series of navigation rides.

SOLD OUT and wait list is now full.

All makes and models welcomed.

Awards and prizes based on timing and accuracy of day one.


Laughter and pink tutu's possible for lack of either !


 

The BLITZ rides are designed to suit everyone and perfect if you're just getting a taste of adventure riding or learning navigation skills, experienced riders will enjoy getting out for a blast too.


The planned routes are scenic and easy to navigate whilst offering a whole heap of fun and there's always something thrown in for a challenge.


Just follow the loaded tracks and hit selected checkpoints to be eligible for prizes.


Each course also passes listed motocaches, so as a NAVIG8 subscriber you can claim these along the way and also add the kms to the Kruncher challenge.

Saturday

Start: Sat 1st May, please arrive by 7:30am.

Location: Provided in final itinerary.

Briefing: 7:45am

Lunch: Lunch stop is at a cafe, or you can bring your own.

Finish: Oberon

Dinner: Information will be provided in entrant communications.


Sunday

Start: 7:30am, Sun 2nd May.

Location: Oberon.

Briefing: Details will be provided the night before.

Lunch: Lunch stop is at a cafe, or you can bring your own.

Finish: Bathurst, approx 4pm.


Distance: approx 600kms.

Difficulty: 2.5, see grading.

Breakouts:

Fuel: Furthest distance between fuel stop, 205kms

Non-subscriber $115.00

If you're not a current NAVIG8 plan holder, you can subscribe here first, then register at the discounted rate.



Includes:

Comprehensive GPS files for your GPS or navigation app of pre-ridden routes, on ride hints and tips to help with using your GPS or app, support riders and 4WD Backup.


Options: When purchasing your tickets (selected events), you can add any available options such as, RideLite luggage transport and catered meals.


Other costs: you pay for your own fuel, meals and accommodation.


Final instructions: Updates and track files will be emailed 3 days prior to event date, other final instructions will be provided during the morning briefing.


 

Accomodation:

We've been advised there is a lack of accomodation in Oberon.


So if you haven't yet arranged yours, email darren@ride360.org we have booked all the rooms at the Royal and the remainder of the Highlands Motel.


These will be on a first in basis.

Share accom at the pub.

Executive rooms and one family room at the Motel remain.

Suitable for all bikes from a Grom to a GS, leaving out the hardcore enduro loops in favour of 50/50 offroad Adv roads and trails.

But.....there's always something for a challenge.



We recommend you carry a spot tracker or PLB, if you don't have one, please ride with someone that does.
