2022 Cowra BLITZ

The 2022 Cowra BLITZ, starts in Goulburn and finishes in Mittagong, with overnight stays in Cowra and Bathurst, NSW.

This route is perfectly suited to Big Bikes, with around 1,000kms of wide open trails, scenic gravel and sealed country roads, and a couple of optional 'dry weather' forest sections.

Saturday

Start location/breakfast: 7:30am, Goulburn

Briefing: 7:45am.

Start: 8:00am.

Lunch: Wynagala.

Finish: Cowra, approx 4:00pm

Distance: 423kms

Dinner: 6:30pm, Imperial Hotel.

Sunday

Briefing: Details will be provided the night before.

Start location/breakfast: 7:30am, Japanese Gardens, Ken Nakajima Pl, Cowra NSW

Lunch: On route.

Finish: Bathurst, approx 4:00pm

Distance: 353kms

Dinner:  6:30pm, Panorama Motel Bistro and Bar, 51 Durham Street Bathurst.

Monday

Breakfast is available from 7am at the Panorama Motel Bistro and Bar, 51 Durham Street Bathurst.  We'll depart after breakfast for the ride back to Mittagong.

Start: 8:00am

Lunch: Pack some snacks.

Finish: Mittagong, approx 2:30pm

Distance: 1016 kms over 3 days.

Difficulty:  2.5, see grading.
