For bookings made ON or BEFORE 4th March 2026: Completed requests will be processed in accordance with our standard terms and conditions, available here and as provided during your registration or purchase.

If a request is incomplete or does not meet the provided terms and conditions, you may not receive a response, in some circumstances we may need to request additional information from you..
Once a request has been actioned, it is deemed final.
