TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
When making your booking, you are asked to confirm that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions.
By proceeding with your booking or purchase, you agree to the following:
1. Agreement to Participate
By completing your registration, you agree to participate in the event (“ride,” “tour,” or “meeting”) on the date and location shown in your booking. You accept these terms as a binding agreement with Ride360.
2. Acknowledgement of Risk
Motorcycling is inherently risky. By joining, you accept that:

You may be injured or killed.

Your bike or gear may be damaged or lost.

Other riders may behave unpredictably.
-
Terrain and conditions may change suddenly.
-
Organisers and officials make decisions under pressure.
-
Insurance may not cover all risks.
-
Medical help may be limited or unavailable.
-
You’re responsible for riding safely and following instructions.
3. Indemnity
In exchange for being accepted into the event. you agree to:

Release Ride360, its team, sponsors, landowners, and contractors from liability for injury, loss, or damage, unless prohibited by law.

Participate at your own risk.

Accept all venues “as-is,” including any hidden hazards.
-
Agree to follow all directions and understand your participation may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Equipment
You confirm your bike is roadworthy and safe. Ride360 may inspect your bike and require repairs or removal if it’s deemed unsafe.
5. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are made via our website or approved agents.

Deposits secure your spot; full payment is due by the deadline.

Late payments may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
-
No refunds for change of mind or inability to attend for any reason.
-
We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected issues.
6. Withdrawals & Transfers.
(i) Standard Bookings
You can withdraw or transfer your booking anytime by submitting this request form.
All Standard Bookings are subject to a non-refundable, non-transferable 5% ticketing fee.
The following fees apply to the remaining ticket value for notice given before event start date:

31-60 days: 20%

15-30 days: 50%
-
14 days or less: 100%

You will be issued with a Gift Card for the remaing balance, use this to book any new ride.

Transferring to a higher-cost event requires paying the difference.
-
Transferring to a lower-cost event leaves a credit balance.
Once processed, changes are final.
(ii) Flexi Bookings
For riders who want maximum flexibility, we offer a Flexible Ticket.
This ticket allows you to withdraw or transfer your booking at anytime prior to 7 days of the start date without any cancellation, admin or ticketing fees.
This option is available for an additional 25% to the base ticket price for tickets up to $800 and 22% for tickets over $800.

$300 ticket → $375 with flexibility

$500 ticket → $625 with flexibility

$800 ticket → $976 with flexibility

You can withdraw or transfer your booking by submitting this request form.

Requests submitted under 7 days will follow the standard cancellation fees outlined above.

This option is non-refundable and must be selected at the time of booking.

You will be issued with a Gift Card for the value of the base ticket price, use this to book any new ride.

When you book your next ride, you can choose the standard ticket or flexi ticket option for the new booking.
-
Flexi Tickets are currently not available for events that include accommodation.
Enjoy peace of mind with the freedom to change your plans without any fees, up to one week before the ride!
7. Event Changes
Ride360 may cancel, reschedule, or modify events as needed. We’re not liable for incidental costs or inconvenience. If changes are due to weather, disasters, or other uncontrollable factors:

We’ll offer a rescheduled date or credit within 12 months.

Refunds are not available if transfer or credit options are provided.
8. Subscriptions & Memberships
No refunds for subscriptions or memberships if you change your mind.
If content doesn’t match the description, contact us.
9. Physical Goods
Faulty items will be replaced and shipped at our cost. Manufacturer terms apply.
10. Digital Products
No refunds for digital items (e.g. maps, routes, event files) if they match the description provided.
11. Refunds, Credits & Vouchers

Credits/refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

Refunds use the original payment method.
-
Gift and prize vouchers expire 12 months from issue unless stated otherwise.

Gift Cards expire 36 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
-
Gift Cards issued as credits for event bookings do not expire.
12. Media Use
By attending, you consent to Ride360 using your name, image, voice, and likeness in promotional media including print, TV, and online, without compensation.
13. Transfer of Rights
Ride360 may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to another supplier at any time.
These T&C's apply at time of purchase or bookings from 3:00pm, Oct, 2025 to all on-line, in person and phone bookings for the event or ticket chosen and together with any additional or special conditions shown on event pages,tickets or registration forms. For purchases or bookings before this date, refer to the T&C's made available on that date.
